You guys should feel free to email support inquiries to management at blitzentrapper dot net. I'll warn you that the guys get pretty busy on the road, and sometimes they don't have a ton of input on support, but it can't hurt. I'd also suggest contacting the venue directly, as in many cases they're the ones who decide.
